THE HARMONIST collects certain personal information about you during your interactions with our Services. IP addresses are collected mainly for market research, for purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information.

We may also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Information You Provide To A Third Party. The Services may include links and plug-ins to websites operated by third parties such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram buttons (Third-Party Sites”). THE HARMONIST does not control any Third-Party Sites and is not responsible for any information they may collect. The information collection practices of a Third-Party Site are governed by its privacy policy. It is your choice to enter any Third-Party Site. Children’s Privacy. The Services are intended for adult use only and is not directed towards children, minors, or anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 13, you are not authorized to provide us with any Personal Information. If the parent or guardian of a child under 13 believes that the child has provided us with any Personal Information, the parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the email address below and ask to have this Personal Information deleted from our files.

Information We Collect From Third Parties

We collect Personal Information from various third parties, including those listed below. The collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information received from third parties is governed by the privacy policies listed on the website where the information was submitted by the user. A pixel tag is a tiny graphic contained on a webpage, any document, or in an e-mail. It allows the site owner or a third party to monitor website visits and appears being invisible to visitors since pixel tags typically are extremely small. THE HARMONIST may include pixel tags on this website to better monitor the effectiveness of the website or for any other legitimate purposes. Sales of Personal Information.

Non-personal and aggregate information.The HARMONIST uses aggregated data to improve the design of this website and may share it with marketing and advertising agencies for this purpose. Any such information may be gathered through cookies, pixel tags, click-stream information as discussed above.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

THE HARMONIST uses reasonable care to store and maintain personal information and to protect it from alteration, misuse, loss or destruction. This includes storing personal information on servers protected by a firewall and by ensuring that all transmissions to third parties use secure transmission technology. Unfortunately, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Therefore, even though THE HARMONIST endeavors to protect personal information, security of any information you transmit to THE HARMONIST, or that you may receive from THE HARMONIST, cannot be guaranteed.

Internal access to Personal Information will be limited to individuals who need access to personal information in order to provide products and/or services or to maintain or services those products and/or services. Individuals having access to personal information are limited in number and committed to THE HARMONIST’s privacy and security policies.

You may update or correct the personal information we have collected at any time; in order for us to update our records simply send us an e-mail with your updated information to contact@theharmonist.com.

In the event you provide your e-mail address we will include you in our mailing list. If you are currently on such list and if you would prefer to be removed and not to receive further information from us, simply send us an e-mail to contact@theharmonist.com and we will remove you from such list.

RIGHTS UNDER CALIFORNIA PRIVACY LAWS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have provided personally identifiable information to us or our third-party advertisers and marketing partners, if any, to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personally identifiable information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
